• 1. Give the wig a shake after taking out of the package and hang it on for some time, it will become tight and natural. 
• 2. In case of shedding and tangle, please washing and maintenance the wig firstly.
• 3. The wig can be stored in the hairnet and plastic bag, or be put on the wig stand. But please note it should be placed in a cool dry airy place. 
• 4. Due to the different resolution settings of the monitor, light, effect, or many other factors, the color that appears on your monitor may vary from the original color of the item you received. 
• 5. There may be some other problems such as different hairstyle, strange smells or bad touch feeling etc. But don't worry that's a normal phenomenon; These problems may be caused by transportation, temperature, workmanship or others. To solve these problems, you need to wash it first and then to manage it.
• 6. We can guarantee that the overall style displayed in the photography is accurate, however, there may be differences in how the style appears during wear. This depends on other physical variables, e.g. personal body size, body shape, limb proportion, height, etc.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.

2. Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

3. Final sale products, swimwear, jewelry are not covered by warranty.

4. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.

5. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.

6.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable

ORDER CANCELLATION

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
